This website is provided by Fredericton Property Rental to show rental and for-sale properties in Fredericton, New Brunswick, and to let you apply, book viewings and contact us. By using it you agree to these terms.

We aim to keep listings accurate and current, but availability, rent, sale price and details can change. A listing is not an offer. A tenancy exists only once a lease is signed, and a sale only under a written agreement.
Applications and inquiries
Submitting an application, viewing request or inquiry does not guarantee a viewing, tenancy or reply. Please give accurate information. We may decline an application or request in line with applicable law.
