How onboarding works
1. Initial conversation
We talk about your property, what you want from it and which services you would like help with. There is no commitment at this stage.
2. Property walkthrough
We visit the property to see its condition, take photos and note anything that needs attention before it is listed.
3. Management agreement
We put the arrangement in writing, covering what we handle, what you handle and how we communicate. Read it through and ask questions before signing.
4. Listing and tenant placement
Your property is listed on this site, applicants are reviewed and viewings are booked. The lease is prepared and signed online.
